The Penguin Army community was created to generate awareness among young people and call to action in the fight against global warming. Students from The Daniosh Design School nominated for INDEX:AWARD 2009
Penguin Army is the result of strategic, social, and communication design. The aim is to prove that being green does not have to be boring. The community promotes a fun, green lifestyle on their blog, by hosting CO2-neutral parties, giving away eco-friendly tools, and making exciting happenings and street art. In this way, they encourage people to take matters into their own hands.

The students: Louise Ryberg, Mathias Stilling Ambus and Sille Krukow started the project as a School-project and now the the strategic, social, and communication designproject is moving in to the world.
