About The Designers' Nest Award
The Designers' Nest Award was awarded for the first time in February 2005. Created in order to select a particularly skilled and promising design student, this accolade from the established world of fashion and design comprises an award created by a Danish designer and a cash prize of DKK 50,000. The cash prize is intended to allow the winner further to promote his or her talent for design. HRH Crown Princess Mary is patron of Designers' Nest and actively supports and promotes the initiative with her attendance each season.
