Visiting researcher from Greece // Autumn 2011 - Spring 2012
This research is undertaken by Mr. Athanasios Zagorisios, as part of his
ongoing ph.d. project at National Technical University of Athens. He is
visiting Centre for Philosohy and Design (CEPHAD) under
the auspices of the Research Cluster for Philosohy and Design at the
School of Design (formerly: The Danish Design School). His stay is
sponsored by The Danish Agency for International Education (Styrelsen
for International Uddannelse). Dr. Per Galle, of CEPHAD
and The School of Design, is hosting the project and acting as a
supplementary supervisor.

The purpose of the conference was ‘to stimulate the flow of ideas between research in philosophy and research in design’ in accordance with the mission of Centre for Philosophy and Design (CEPHAD), as stated at www.cephad.org. At an operational level, the conference aimed at creating personal and institutional contacts of lasting value for research cooperation across national and discipline borders. The conference was funded by The Danish Centre for Design Research.
